1. We collect data that you provide to us directly and automatically. Depending on where you live and your privacy selections within iOS, the private data collected can include:

1. We do not sell, publish and share your personal data information with insecure third parties. Otherwise, we have the right to disclose your private information to prevent illegal activities to the government agencies, judicial courts or law enforcement bodies.
We also share some sets of personal data with third parties that help us operate, provide, improve, integrate, customize, and support our app. It may be Google, Facebook, Appsflyer, Firebase, Snapchat, Amazon, Apple Health app with the access to your activity (sleep analysis in bed/asleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, steps, active energy, environmental sound levels, mindful minutes).
- We have made a big effort to preserve and protect your personal information from accidental loss, disappearance, unauthorized theft or misuse. However, you should remember that all electronic devices, Internet connections are not completely secure, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% security of your private data.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13. If you are a legal guardian or parent and have information about your child provided with personal data to our application, please contact us. If we become aware of cases of data collection from users under the age of 13 by our app, we’ll do our best to stop this and delete the data as soon as possible.
- If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted.
